I love this design for him so much. The blue eyes are amazing and this comic had the best art of him I'd ever seen. My favorite part though.. was when they said he was from Georgia. He is now and forever... in my mind.. a tall lean sexy redhead with blue eyes... and a very slight georgian drawl. Accents make it just that much sexier....<3

Especially when it isn't too over exaggerated. Which I would suspect its not with him as he wants to cut all ties to his past in Georgia, I could see him trying to suppress it.

Heck yes. It would be certain words that it would be obvious with, certain ways he would say a phrase, but most of the time you'd know he was from somewhere a bit southern but not quite be able to tell. The only thing you'd know for sure was that his accent was not from Gotham originally.
